AVINED has recently renewed the hygiene scan, in collaboration with poultry farmers, veterinarians and research partners. The scan has also been translated.
You can use the scan to monitor and improve the hygiene status of your company where possible. The J20 provision will also apply to foreign poultry farmers. IKB Kip expects you to complete the hygiene scan at least once every 365 days and to show the completed scan during the IKB inspection. Over the next six months, we will closely monitor the effectiveness of the renewed scan and identify whether and where any improvements can be made.
