Vanaf heden is afvoer van consumptie-eieren en vleeskuikens uit het beperkingsgebied Gasselternijveenschemond onder voorwaarden weer mogelijk.
Het ministerie van LVVN heeft gemeld dat in Gasselternijveenschemond (gemeente Aa en Hunze, provincie Drenthe) vogelgriep is vastgesteld op een bedrijf met vleeskuikenouderdieren.
Op 2 oktober 2025 heeft Kees de Jong, voorzitter van AVINED, de Pluimveevisie 2040 aangeboden aan minister Wiersma.
