Per 1 september 2026 wordt Erik de Jonge benoemd tot interim secretaris van AVINED.
De Stichting Diergeneesmiddelenautoriteit (SDa) rapporteert jaarlijks over het antibioticumgebruik bij landbouwhuisdieren. In het rapport over 2025 stelt de SDa dat het gebruik van antibiotica in de gemonitorde sectoren (pluimvee, rund, kalf, varkens, konijnen en geiten) en de landelijke verkoop van antibiotica verder zijn gedaald.
Wageningen Social & Economic research heeft in opdracht van AVINED de twee factsheets voor de Nederlandse pluimveesector vernieuwd.
Stichting AVINED heeft als missie om met een efficiënte dienstverlening de huidige duurzame en robuuste marktpositie van de Nederlandse pluimveesector verder te versterken.
