If you would like to participate in QS or change your bundler, we can arrange this for you. The advantage of AVINED as a bundler is that AVINED can operate independently from one central point of contact.
QS registration
You can register your company (UBN) for QS by sending an email to info@avined.nl. It is important that this email contains at least the following information:
- Name
- Address details
- UBN number(s)
Once we have received your registration by email, we will send you a welcome package.
Your registration can only be completed once the Declaration of Participation and Power of Attorney has been signed and returned for each company (UBN).
Once your participation has been finalized, AVINED will return a signed Declaration of Participation and Power of Attorney and a letter containing your assigned VVVO number. The Certification Body (CB) will then contact you to schedule an audit.
Fees
The QS participant fee for IKB-certified companies in 2026 is €165. The fee for non-IKB companies in 2026 is €205. For foreign companies, the fee is always €205. The participant fee is invoiced annually by AVINED.
