VVVO-number
You will receive the VVVO number (Viehverkehrs-Verordnungs-Nummer) together with the Declaration of Participation and Power of Attorney signed by AVINED. This VVVO number must be provided to your feed supplier. The VVVO number must be stated on the feed delivery notes.
Self-assessmentform
Before your company is audited for QS, it is important that you complete a Self-Assessment each year. This allows you to check your company’s compliance with the QS requirements. In the self-assessment checklist, you should record the actual situation at your company. AVINED sends all participants a translated version of the self-assessment checklist annually by email.
Audits
Every company is audited during an independent audit. The initial audit is announced in advance. In addition, risk-based audits are carried out. This means that the interval between two audits may vary depending on a company’s performance during the audit. More information about audits can be found in the document “Additional Information on Audits” in the file section.
Incidents
The Paper of Incident form (Ereignisfallblatt) should be kept in your own records. A digital version of this form can be found at the bottom of this page. A translated version can be requested from your bundler, AVINED. In the event of an incident, you must:
- Complete the Ereignisfallblatt and submit it to QS.
- Contact your bundler, AVINED.
