The IKB Kip 2023 annual plan has been approved by the IKB Kip Central Board of Experts (‘Centraal College van Deskundigen’ – CCvD) and adopted by the board.

The aim of IKB Kip is to strengthen the license to produce of participants in the poultry meat chain. This involves building and maintaining the trust of market parties and society in IKB Kip and the companies that participate in the scheme. The focus areas for 2023 include:
- Working together towards a system that we can remain proud of, including promotion of and informing about IKB Kip.
- IKB Kip as an efficient and effective scheme, which includes having clear objectives and monitoring progress towards achieving them.
- Fair and proper schedule and schedule management, in accordance with ISO 17065.
- Support for participants, including good communication and good secretariat accessibility.
These activities are funded by contributions from IKB Kip participants. Please see the 2023 rates below. Rates for 2023 have been increased compared with 2022 (+/- 9%). This increase partially covers increased costs (inflation).
